about.

I'm a research leader who has spent 10+ years running studies in the places research is hardest to run: insurance, healthcare and financial systems.

I’m a Design Lead who has spent 10+ years designing the places most designers never see: insurance, healthcare and financial systems.

I run the studies, build the research operations that keep them running, and frame the business case that gets them funded.

01

Measurement and evidence

Task completion, time on task, SUS. The same measures on every product, tracked sprint over sprint. Under 50% to 87% on one platform, €43K/year of training cost with it.

02

Building research capability

I built and onboarded a research team across five countries, managed performance, and trained 4 senior designers to run research inside their own squads. Research stopped being one person's bottleneck. At EY Global I put business analysts, UX and developers in the same co-design room, which shortened approval loops from weeks to days.

03

MBA-trained business case

~€10,6M/year in recovered productivity, ~€190K/year in support cost deflected, €3M+ ARR unlocked by an evidence-led C-level pitch. Research findings written as the numbers that get budgets signed.

04

Research ops & governance

I built research ops from zero: research inside the product pipeline, playbooks, an insights repository, a participant recruitment pipeline, usability benchmarks tracked sprint over sprint, and a governance and ethics framework. Accessibility held to WCAG 2.1 AA across three consecutive engagements. Craft stays in the toolkit: BA (Hons) Graphic Design, Middlesex, 2025.
